I was very skeptical about getting the guide but because it's been getting so much attention and reviews, I decided to take a crack at it. So here are my first impressions of the guide:

At first, I was astonished at the amount of information the guide presented. There are literraly hundreds of pages worth of ab workouts, healthy fat burning recipes and more. Here's a BRIEF look into what the guide includes:

The most beneficial ab exercises, illustrations, food charts with breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, meal guides, recipes, dozens of different workouts, lists of exercises to avoid, lists of foods to avoid, drink/shake recipes, foods that boost metabolism, how to get rid of love handles, belly fat, stomach fat, lose weight fast and much more.

Needless to say there is ALOT of info in this book. It is 140 pages long which addresses exercises, dieting for BOTH men and women.

For example: 1 product the author recommends is cayenne pepper which raises metabolism in the body. The author also recommends things such as fish and coconut oil because they contain healthy fats, omega 3's and protein which all help to build muscles. And this is just a small example of the foods the guide recommends, let alone the exercises.

Most people can get started with the ab workouts and begin the meal plans immedietley. They are very easy to make and the workouts are very simple to do, though fair warning, you will feel a burn in your abs after your first workout.

It contains a list of dozens of exercises, many of which you can do at home which help with fat loss and getting rid of love handles. It's exercises train multiple muscles for increased results.

3. Ultimate Stair Exercises: This is a 99 page e-book with dozens of exercises you can do on staircases. In all honesty this book shocked me because there are SO many different exercises with pictures you can do and each one trains different sets of muscles. Not only that the abs get trained as well, not to mention the leg muscles. This book also comes as a free bonus with the Standard Package.

4. The End All Killer Ab Workout: This is also a free bonus 12 page e-book that comes with the Standard Package. It is basically a workout book with pictures and exercises on a "stability ball" as shown in the picture above. It's a very flexible exercise tool but it's results are incredible.

This book was in my opinion the most important because the author constantly stresses how your diet is more important than the workouts you do when trying to get 6 pack abs and looking fit.

2. 10 Minute Stretch Body Routine: This is a 13 page book which lists dozens of stretches. Stretches help improve many physical problems such as back pain, hip pain, neck pain, knee pains, organ function, muscle strength and much more.

The 10 minute stretch body routine book comes with the standard package but there are also 2 more books which were left out. The eating right made simple book is really a must have for anyone looking for a healthy diet or lifestyle.

My Final Review Of The Truth About 6 Pack Abs... 

As I said before, I was very skeptical about this book because I had always assumed sit-ups were the right way to go.

However it's ironic that the author (Mike Geary) of the Truth About 6 Pack Abs Book is strongly critical of sit-ups and workout machines, stating they do very little and can put more pressure on other muscles while working out 1 set, thereby causing more harm than good especially on the back.

The amount of information found in the book and bonus books is priceless to say the least and the instructions are easy to follow. You do not need to waste money on a personal trainer or some fad workout to get killer abs. All that's required is the right information, and this book has it all, period.

The exercises and foods recommended in the guide get the job done very quickly. I recently finished my 2nd day of ab workouts and feel a pleasent burn in my abs area.

This guide works, period, for both men and women. It also lists ways to improve health, get rid of love handles, stomach fat and much more through it's recipes and workouts. It is definately a must have for anyone looking to look fit, stay fit and be healthy.
