About Penis Size
A lot of men feel bad about their penis size... because a bunch of advertisers and marketers told them that's how they should feel!In reality, the average penis size is between five and seven inches. What most men don't know is that the average vaginal depth of a woman is also five to seven inches. So really Nature made sure that Tab A fit into Slot B just fine, but then someone decided that you could make a lot more money telling people that their body parts weren't big enough.
The thing that people forget when they view adult films is that the performers you see there are a blend of specilized athlete and professional actor. Those guys are hired because they are not average, their job is to depict a fantasy, and they should not be considered a standard of reality.

Penis myth #1: the penis is a muscle that can be exercised.
The thing that a penis is most like is a balloon. It is composed of layers of body tissue, some body fat, lots of blood vessels and two very-balloon-like structures called the corpus cavernosum. These two chambers are what cause the penis to become erect. When a man is sexually excited, the body tells these parts to fill up with blood, and the penis goes from flacid to erect. You'll notice no part of that anatomical description mentions muscles. That's because there aren't any muscles in the penis. The nickname "love muscle" is just a nickname.
Often exercies for the penis are really exercises for the pubococcygeal (PC) muscle. This muscle is found in both men and women, and it stretches from the pubis (in front) to the coccyx (in back), supporting the floor of the pelvic girdle.
This muscle contracts during orgasm, and many men and women who have strengthened it have reported heightened orgasmic sensations, but making this muscle stronger has zero effect on the size of your erection.
Other male enhancement exercises are just self-stimulation (masturbation) and surely history and time have proved that does not cause an increase in penis size.

Penis Myth #2: using a penis pump can increase erection size
Some men got the idea that using a pump regularly would make their penises grow, but it's not true. However, let's go back to the balloon analogy. When you blow up a balloon with more air, it does become firmer, but if the balloon was inside something else, it wouldn't have space to become larger. The only time the penis actually grows is during puberty and once that process stops, it's not actually going to "grow" at all.
Instead of using them just to get an erection right before sex, as they were designed, many men who think pumping will make them larger use them daily and for prolonged periods of time. This often has some unwanted side effects. The first is that many men report not being able to get as firm as erection without using a pump after a few months. This can be due to a few things. One is that the inner chambers of the penis become over-stretched from the extra blood flow and pressure. Going back to the balloon comparison, if you fill and deflate a balloon over and over, pushing it's capacity, you will notice the walls of the balloon get weaker and thinner, and sometimes the balloon will pop. The same can happen to the blood vessels inside the penis.
Other men get so used to the extra pressure and stimulation created by the pumps that regular intercourse doesn't seem intense enough for them to achieve pleasure or climax anymore without it. Some men have even pumped so long and so intensely that they report losing sensation in parts of their penises entirely.
Have You Ever Wondered...?
If penis enlargement techniques really worked, wouldn't every man who wanted a bigger penis have one?
If male enhancement exercises and pills really worked, wouldn't the endless flow of spam e-mails about them be totally unnecessary?
Penis Myth #3: pills and creams can have an effect on penis size.
As mentioned in the section on pumping, the penis stops growing when a boy finished puberty. Most pills and creams that claim they can cause male enhancement are a combination of herbs and ingredients that increase the body's natural hormones, but that only has the effect of stimulation sexual desire, and can't actually restart puberty. Other ingredients cause increased blood flow, or gently irritate the urinary tract, making the person using the product feel like "something is happening" in their genital region.Problems can be serious if these products contain vasodilators. Men who take them and have heart or blood pressure conditions can cause serious medical complications for themselves. The fact that these are sold over the counter or without a prescription or any medical supervision says a lot about the lack of possible effects from the ingredients. This is the area of penis enlargement scams that have the most lawsuits.
