- Well to get the abs, you have to uncover the layer over them. Honestly the best way (so far) to burn fat, without losing muscle, is high intensity interval training. Such as sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 30-60 seconds, and repeating this 4-8 times. Also a change in your diet, like lowering your caloric intake and adding more protien. Search interval training for fat loss. You might find what your looking for.
