MagicJack - Free Phone Calls

magicjack.gifMagicJack is the 2008 product of the year and now, if you are wondering why it is called so then the answer lies in the amazing features offered by it. MagicJack is loaded with a number of features to enhance the user experience. One of the noticeable features of MagicJack is the unlimited local and local distance calls at a very nominal price.

It comes at a price of $19.95 a year which is nothing when compared to the features offered by it. The device comes with a USB plug at one end and a phone jack on the other end. You need to insert the USB plug into the USB port and once you have inserted it, the drivers will be automatically installed on the computer. After you have inserted the USB plug, you need to go through a registration process to setup the account so as to start using MagicJack to make calls. You can even insert a regular analog phone into the RJ-11 port in order to enjoy local calls.

At the end, if you are looking for the cheapest phone plan in the world which is loaded with features, available at a nominal cost and which is easy to install then MagicJack is definitely something which is meant for you.

I OWN A MAGICJACK... I love it! More Area codes are popping up all of the time. http://www.magicjack.com/1/areacodes.asp The Magic Jack Dongle: MagicJack is a $40 appliance that's about the size of two USB memory sticks. You plug any analog telephone into one end, and insert the other end into the USB port of a computer with broadband access. After waiting about one minute while the device self-installs, you can make free calls to any phone in the United States and Canada (no matter where in the world you are) — there are no per-minute charges. After the first year, you pay $20 annually for these calls. That's not $20 per month, it's $20 per year.
