Turbulence Training - The Workouts
The workouts in the Turbulence Training program are great and really intense. They make you sweat within the first 15 minutes. I can guarantee that and the best part is... Your workouts last no more than 45 minutes and you only have to do it 3 days a week.
That's a time saver for me because I have a full time job, 3 kids and a wife who can't stop cooking awfully delicious meals. That's unrelated though...

All in all, Turbulence Training is a wonderful fat loss routine that keeps the "UN" in FUN but you need to consult a doctor or a physician before you start on these workouts if you ever had a problem with physical health.
