Housewives get a lot of flack; especially ones that are slightly out of shape.  I'm not saying they deserve this, but it's true; and I was certainly no exception.  The world doesn't seem to appreciate all the hard work it takes to raise a family; make sure the kids are off to school on time, check homework chase after little kids, make sure meals are prepared; you know the whole house wife deal. Not to mention the people who seem to think that just because we don't have to go into an office every day it must mean that we have eight hours to spend at the gym keeping our butts perky, and our tummies flat.

Since I, as well as probably every other stay-at-home mom, don't have eight hours a day to spend at the gym it's importance to find exercise routines that can fit into day-to-day life. Fitness is important even if you're not looking for that perfect flat tummy, or killer Butt.  It is not only important for your health, but it's important for setting a good example for your children. Obesity is on the rise and kids need to learn not to be fat from their parents. Turbulence Training really turned out to be a blessing.  Not only were the workouts short and intense, but they were also accessible.  By accessible I mean that the workouts included with the Turbulence Training program are easy to do, don't require any specialized equipment, and you don't need a perky breasted personal trainer telling you just how to squat thrust.

My results with Turbulence Training were amazing.  It's not that I was obese, not technically anyway.  But I was definitely overweight.  I am about 5 foot six and had maybe 25 to 30 pounds to lose, so not really enough to go on reality television, but definitely enough that I needed to do something about it and do something quick. I needed to act fast not only for my health, but because the kids were starting to act like mommy a little bit too much; eating in front of the television, not playing outdoors, you know what I'm talking about.

Anyway the pounds started to shed off almost instantly.  Not at a miraculous rate mind you, but at a  sensible one. It took me a couple weeks to get into the swing of things, so I don't really count the first two weeks that I was on the program, however after those initial two weeks of life style adjustments I would steadily lose about two to 4 pounds a week. It was usually closer to 2 pounds a week but I like telling people up to four just to make myself sound better.  Losing 2 pounds a week is still very impressive though, and I definitely consider the Turbulence Training program well worth the money.

If I could do it all over again the only thing I would do differently is to start Turbulence Training sooner; and take it more seriously.  Just because I'm only working out three times a week does not mean the workout should not be taken lightly.  If anything because I am only working out three times a week I should take it more seriously and pay more attention to my diet.

Anyway 35 pounds later and more dress sizes than I wish to tell smaller I am definitely a Turbulence Training convert. It is not a miracle program, but it does work wonders if you show a little bit of determination and willpower.  If you want Turbulence Training to work for you it will, like most other things in life the amount of reward you get out of the program is pretty much equal to the amount of effort you put in.
