Now in our 6th year of selling property in Turkey at www.turkeyrealestate.co.uk and we are still finding Turkish property that gives amazing value for money, not only in the traditional tourist areas such as Marmaris,Dalyan and Kusadasi but also the new golfing areas in Belek, Side and Bodrum. Another area giving fantastic investment potential is Izmir. Most people have heard of Izmir and think it is just a city but it is also the name of a large province in Turkey which as yet is still relatively "Western Tourist" free, meaning that prices for property have not yet skyrocketed as in the traditional tourist resorts.
