Seesmic Desktop

This is a fantastic Twitter desktop application that's particularly useful for people with a large number of Twitter friends. You can create multiple userlists to follow subsets of the people that you follow, and you can also monitor multiple Twitter accounts simultaneously.

Tweetdeck

This is a really fantastic desktop application for people who have just one Twitter account and many friends. You can organize your friends into groups and it also integrates with Facebook. The interface is really slick. I'd use this if I didn't manage multiple Twitter accounts.

Tweetie

This is my favorite Twitter app for the iPhone and iTouch. I wasn't addicted to Twitter until my friend, Janet, recommended Tweetie. Supports multiple Twitter accounts and runs beautifully.

Twhirl

Twhirl is an awesome desktop app that lets you manage multiple Twitter accounts, cross post updates via ping.fm, and offers many other advantages to just using the twitter.com website. This is a great desktop application for people with multiple accounts.

Twitter on Facebook

A handy app that lets you update your Twitter status from Facebook and/or automatically update your Facebook status when you post to your Twitter account.

Twitter Gadget

Twitter Gadget is a nifty little tool that allows you to add Twitter to your Gmail account. It's handy if you find yourself using multiple computers because it's available whenever you login to your Gmail account.

Twitterfeed

An excellent app to automate your tweets. You can control how often Twitterfeed posts tweets from your RSS feeds to your Twitter updates.

TwitterFox

TwitterFox is a fantastic Firefox extension for Twitter. This extension handles multiple accounts very well, too. I've been using it for several weeks and would definitely recommend this.

This is a very useful directory of Twitter users. You can add yourself to up to three keyword directories to describe yourself and search through the site to find specific types of users.
