Twitter ~ 140 Characters Of Love, Heartbreak, Laughs, and Triumph!

In this day of instant Broadway musicals, where anything mildly popular finds it way into stage production via the adept hands and minds of the likes of Andrew Lloyd Webber, it seems inevitable that there will soon be a musical named Twitter. Two years from now, every dinner theater in America will be serving prime rib with 140 character snippets being sung as a backdrop.

There will be hats, aprons, t-shirts, lunch pails, and special edition twenty dollar gold coins, all emblazoned with the Twitter logo. Blue Headed Pious Parrots will be wildly popular. Appearing in homes around the world as "pop" pets, these birds will be incessantly squawking, "RT@ Polly knows where the 10 best crackers are http://turl.ca/nabisco."

I say before Steven Sondheim hires dancers or Elton John scribes the first note for the score, that we the Tweeple produce our own Broadway musical. Ovations for Twitter: The Musical!
