The knowing of a true master. *** Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga. Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. Hatha Yoga Asana Relaxation Video
Pose 2-3 Shakti and Shiva Unite
Hatha Yoga Asana Relaxation Pose 2-3 Shakti and Shiva Unite!
There are 6 million different Asanas. Only 88 are appropiate for human beings if you can master one of those poses, you can become enlightened. Each Asana is appropiate for one Chakra. A combination of those poses can lead you through the Chakras, finishing off at the Crown Chakra. You can prepare a person for meditation, you can prepare a person for being in a meditative state, you can prepare a person for being GOD realized simply by taking them through a sequence of Asanas. HATHA YOGA HA = The Sun THA = The Moon HA is in the central sun and it's in the center of the Universe. THA is that which reflects the light, the center of the Earth, the base chakra. It means bringing Shakti (the center of the Earth) and Shiva (the center of the Universe) together like two parts of an atomic bomb to create an atomic explosion, a big bang, a BOOM; that starts off in your being and creates enlightenment. This is Enlightenment. This is Satchidananda. Sat = The energy in the center of the Universe (The Sun) chid = The energy in the center of the Earth (The Moon) ananda = The energy which flows between them. By using the breath, we're moving into Prana and Pranayama. Into bayou energy. By using visualization we're moving into meditating in the pose. By using the breath as a tool to push energy around the body to visualize energy going around the body, we're moving into ways of working 100 times more powerfully than simply by physical needs. When you are stretching as hard as you can and yet relaxing at the same time, that's when you get the most benefit. If you like to watch the whole talk, Hatha Yoga Asana Relaxation Pose 2-3 Shakti and Shiva Unite! go to: http://www.energyenhancement.org/player/EnergyEnhancementYog aMeditationTalk/flv6.html Search youtube for tag.. swamisatchidanand for more information on the Advanced Techniques of Energy Enhancement Meditation.. A Connection between heaven and Earth. 3. Psychic Energy Blockages which block your connections between your chakras and between you and other people. Psychic Energy Blockages create disease in the Body, Negative Emotions and perverted thoughts which this energy enhancement meditation removes. Kundalini Yoga
Awakening for higher meditation.
Kundalini Yoga isn't for common people, although today a number of people are practicing it. They use different method to awake there kundali, which lies inside our spine and when it awakes our pranas start flowing through 'Susmana Nadi'.
Kundalini Jagran can create problems which have no clear solution in modern medical science. It is highly recommended that it should be practiced only in the guidance and care of a good guru.
Even in India Kundalini Yoga isn't commonly used by people and is meant for saints and yogis, who stay away from society in Himalaya and other religious places like Haridwar, Rishikesh.
Yoga of other types too can get there kundalini awakened, because its an outcome of deep meditation.

Kundalini Awakening in Yoga Meditation
From: http://www.swamij.com/kundalini-awakening.htm Prana flows in Ida and Pingala, the left and right energies. Prana is trained to flow in Sushumna, the central channel of subtle energy. Kundalini awakens at the first chakra, and rises to Sahasrara, the crown. The Self, the Atman or Brahman is realized; the union of Shiva and Shakti, the Absolute, one without a second.

May you be blessed by the Divine. *** Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga of Mahavatar Babaji. Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Babaji (Shiv-Goraksha Babaji ), the same spiritual master described in Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years, Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two grandchildren. Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the evolution of human consciousness. These perennial practices of yoga are the most ancient closely guarded sacred practices of the Himalayan yogis and masters from time immemorial. They help the practitioner gradually transform him/herself into the likeness of his/her own divinity. This ancient art and science has been a way of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India and abroad who have sacrificed everything in the search for their own inner Truth, their inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates in his own life and livingness, that powerful spiritual practice can be integrated with family life and a career. By the blessings of Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques, which he collectively calls "The Alchemy of Total Transformation" to sincere seekers throughout the world, who wish to integrate these practices into their daily life, without the necessity of giving up worldly pursuits. These techniques are called: 1. Mahavatar Babaji's Kriya Yoga (N.B., the exact same kundalini kriya originally given to Lahiri Mahasaya in the 19th century) 2. Siddhanath Surya Yoga - A dynamic osmosis of solar healing. Pranic self-healing with solar power. 3. Siddhanath Hamsa Yoga - The Way of the White Swan. If earth peace is to herald the dawn of the new age, let us all realize that: Humanity is one's only religion, Breath one's only prayer, and Consciousness one's only God.

A master's nonsense is more transformative than any logic. This nonsense is the sense and highest knowledge of pure consciousness. Time is fleeting, Death is certain - catch the train and get you passport to paradise. Learn Kriya yoga and teach it to your loved ones. The more you give the more you get. Simplicity is the name of the game. In the human brain lies the hamsa swan, with its wings thrust toward the forehead and its head pointed towards the back of the skull as though flying back to the future, faster than light. When you transcend the sound barrier you go into samadhi. When you transcend the light barrier you go into Nirvikalpa Samadhi, which is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Yantra and Mantra: Sri Vidya Tripura Tantra
Yantra and Mantra: Sri Vidya Tripura Tantra Yoga Meditation
In the Himalayan tradition, the aspirant breaks through the final barrier through Samaya Tantra and Sri Vidya, after clearing the mind through the practice of Yoga meditation as codified in the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, and practicing self-enquiry through Vedanta. Vidya means knowing, and Sri Vidya is the highest of all aspects of knowing, as it leads to the Absolute Truth. Yantra refers to the visual form, and Sri Yantra is the form of that knowing. Central to the practices is Maha-Tripura-Sundari, the great, beautiful one, essence, consciousness, or reality that dwells in the three "cities" (tri-pura, or three cities including: gross, subtle, causal; waking, dreaming, sleeping; conscious, unconscious, subconscious). Sri (or Shri) is conceptualized as the feminine creative force of Shakti that is ultimately found to be one and the same with the static conceptualized as masculine or Shiva.
