Types of Yoga Today

Yoga as has been described in What is Yoga is more or less a mental process*. Mental processing is the foundation of all types of Yoga. Any form of Yoga without these is like a body without soul.

These mental processes of Yoga aren't cumbersome of difficult for any human being. Laying a Yogic foundation of Mental processes insures that you get all the benefits of Yoga like social, physical, mental, emotional, economical which includes all sources of sufferings known to man on this planet. Every Sadhak practicing any type of Yoga should encapsulate this fact in mind.

*Mental processes here means adopting and embracing Yama's & Niyama's.

Bhakti Yoga for Spiritual Enlightenment - Devotional Bhajan

http://HAMSA-YOGA.ORG Himalayan Master Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath. The flavor of devotion in India, called bhakti. Details about Anandamayi Ma, Mahavatar Babaji (Shiva-Goraksha-Babaji), and the Avatars of the Himalayas. The knowing of a true master. *** Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga. Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji, the same spiritual master described in Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years, Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two grandchildren. Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the evolution of human consciousness. These perennial practices of yoga are the most ancient closely guarded sacred practices of the Himalayan yogis and masters from time immemorial. They help the practitioner gradually transform him/herself into the likeness of his/her own divinity. This ancient art and science has been a way of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India and abroad who have sacrificed everything in the search for their own inner Truth, their inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates in his own life and livingness, that powerful spiritual practice can be integrated with family life and a career. By the blessings of Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques, which he collectively calls "The Alchemy of Total Transformation" to sincere seekers throughout the world, who wish to integrate these practices into their daily life, without the necessity of giving up worldly pursuits. These techniques are called: 1. Mahavatar Babaji's Kriya Yoga (N.B., the exact same kundalini kriya originally given to Lahiri Mahasaya in the 19th century) 2. Siddhanath Surya Yoga - A dynamic osmosis of solar healing. Pranic healing with solar power. 3. Siddhanath Hamsa Yoga - The Way of the White Swan. Website: http://hamsa-yoga.org

Hatha Yoga Asana Relaxation Video

Pose 2-3 Shakti and Shiva Unite

Hatha Yoga Asana Relaxation Pose 2-3 Shakti and Shiva Unite!

There are 6 million different Asanas. Only 88 are appropiate for human beings if you can master one of those poses, you can become enlightened. Each Asana is appropiate for one Chakra. A combination of those poses can lead you through the Chakras, finishing off at the Crown Chakra. You can prepare a person for meditation, you can prepare a person for being in a meditative state, you can prepare a person for being GOD realized simply by taking them through a sequence of Asanas. HATHA YOGA HA = The Sun THA = The Moon HA is in the central sun and it's in the center of the Universe. THA is that which reflects the light, the center of the Earth, the base chakra. It means bringing Shakti (the center of the Earth) and Shiva (the center of the Universe) together like two parts of an atomic bomb to create an atomic explosion, a big bang, a BOOM; that starts off in your being and creates enlightenment. This is Enlightenment. This is Satchidananda. Sat = The energy in the center of the Universe (The Sun) chid = The energy in the center of the Earth (The Moon) ananda = The energy which flows between them. By using the breath, we're moving into Prana and Pranayama. Into bayou energy. By using visualization we're moving into meditating in the pose. By using the breath as a tool to push energy around the body to visualize energy going around the body, we're moving into ways of working 100 times more powerfully than simply by physical needs. When you are stretching as hard as you can and yet relaxing at the same time, that's when you get the most benefit. Kriya Yoga Lesson 1 of 3: Kriya Yoga Physics Nowhere NowHere

Meet Yogiraj Live: http://hamsa-yoga.org TheLoveGuru Guru Pitka stole Yogiraj's "Nowhere Now Here" phrase! What a punk! Mike Myers is goin' down! :) Mahavatar Babaji Kriya Yoga Kundalini Yoga Meditation Alchemy Visit Yogiraj's website to see his tour schedule and for lots of articles, and streaming radio interview, mantras, and exclusive video of him. *** Where's humanity's ultimate happiness? What is your parent source which lies at the core of your own being? What is the lightless light which lights that light which lights the light of love in all our souls? Is this the Guru of Love Mahavatar Babaji of Kriya Yoga? What is this nomenon? How do you activate all the chakras by kundalini awakening? How can you be the "Nowhere Now Here"? *** Yogiraj is considered an illumined living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga of Mahavatar Babaji. Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the HamsaNath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Babaji (Shiv-Goraksha Babaji ), the same spiritual master described in Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. Pranic self-healing with solar power. 3. Siddhanath Hamsa Yoga - The Way of the White Swan. If earth peace is to herald the dawn of the new age, let us all realize that: Humanity is one's only religion, Breath one's only prayer, and Consciousness one's only God. Meet Yogiraj Live: http://hamsa-yoga.org Visit Yogiraj's website to see his tour schedule and for lots of articles, and streaming radio interview, mantras, and exclusive video of him. *** A master transmits and transforms, whereas a teacher can only teach. A master's nonsense is more transformative than any logic. This nonsense is the sense and highest knowledge of pure consciousness. Time is fleeting, Death is certain - catch the train and get you passport to paradise. Learn Kriya yoga and teach it to your loved ones. The more you give the more you get. Simplicity is the name of the game. In the human brain lies the hamsa swan, with its wings thrust toward the forehead and its head pointed towards the back of the skull as though flying back to the future, faster than light. When you transcend the sound barrier you go into samadhi. When you transcend the light barrier you go into Nirvikalpa Samadhi, which is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Let not precious moments slip by Seek Now! Tantra Yoga

Yantra and Mantra: Sri Vidya Tripura Tantra

Yantra and Mantra: Sri Vidya Tripura Tantra Yoga Meditation

In the Himalayan tradition, the aspirant breaks through the final barrier through Samaya Tantra and Sri Vidya, after clearing the mind through the practice of Yoga meditation as codified in the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali, and practicing self-enquiry through Vedanta. Vidya means knowing, and Sri Vidya is the highest of all aspects of knowing, as it leads to the Absolute Truth. Yantra refers to the visual form, and Sri Yantra is the form of that knowing. Central to the practices is Maha-Tripura-Sundari, the great, beautiful one, essence, consciousness, or reality that dwells in the three "cities" (tri-pura, or three cities including: gross, subtle, causal; waking, dreaming, sleeping; conscious, unconscious, subconscious). Sri (or Shri) is conceptualized as the feminine creative force of Shakti that is ultimately found to be one and the same with the static conceptualized as masculine or Shiva.
