No minimum contract is available on the Home Phone, sim-free mobile tariffs, and the gas and electricity.

If you get mobile handsets from them then there is a contract period (of varying length depending on the retail price of the phone) so people don't just run off with their handsets!

The same for Broadband. There is a 12 month commitment.

Sounds fair to me. "Where is The Utility Warehouse customer services, and are the any good?" It's not just THEM saying it...In the Utility Warehouse literature there is the claim that their customer service department (based in London) answers over 90% of all calls within 15 seconds. This is a claim I'm sure the customers would agree with!

Because customers of The Utility Warehouse can get all their household bills on one bill each month, anytime they need to phone for help or with questions they get to speak to one person in customer services about their entire bill, instead of being bounced from department to department.

UPDATE: The Daily Mail recently reported that The Utility Warehouse were "The Best" for customer satisfaction in a major survey undertaken by 'Which?', the independent consumer magazine.
