A UFC Game That Wont "Suck"
"Our first game sucked", was the comment of the developers of the first UFC game. But thanks to new technology, UFC 2009 Undisputed will be a new step in creating the ultimate game for the die-hard UFC fan. Developed for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, UFC 2009 Undisputed will be everything a die-hard Mixed Martial Arts fan would crave, created by Yuke's Osaka to be released by THQ, this game will showcase everything a UFC fight should be. There are stunning graphics and almost real feel of the game including how the tale of the tape looks like in a TV broadcast has been incorporated in the new installment of UFC.

Fighter detail was all too amazing, people during the sneak peek were amazed on how realistic the looks of the fighters were, it was all too realistic as if they were the real things. It is said that there will be 80+ plus fighter joining the game's roster with big names from B.J. Penn, Anderson Silva, and Chuck Liddell just to name a few. Fighters will have their own strategy and style of fighting from Muay Thai to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, even the grappling style of each fighter will be shown in the game.
The controls of the game is all too different, controls when you are standing and fighting off the opponent is different when you are on the floor grappling at each other. Also attacks are different when you are close to your opponent or if you are in a certain distance. The developers made sure that what you do on the floor standing up is different when you lie on the floor trying to send your opponent to submission or defending yourself from the opponent's attacks.
UFC 2009 Undisputed is not all about brawns, you will have to use your brains as well in order to defeat your opponent, you will either decide to take down your opponent and let him give up in submission, or use your power punches to find your way to his jaw and send him spiraling to the canvas, the decision is all yours and each decision has its dramatic effects. UFC fight fans will surely love this since most of the games around are all based on one punch one effect; UFC feels it is much more like a fight simulator.
UFC won't be complete without all characters involve in every fight night. There's ring announcer Bruce Buffer, referee Mario Yamasaki, cut-man "Stitch" Duran and corner-man Juanito Ibarra, then of course lending their voices for the commentary will be Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan and would it be a fight without ring girl Arianne Celeste to complete the line up.
UFC 2009 Undisputed promises to be a game worth looking out for, from its highly detailed graphics to the most realistic players ever walked the CGI planet. Game developers promised a game that will live up to its hype and deliver without anything else compared in the Mixed Martial Arts fight.
