The videos of UFC 1 document the debut of the UFC in the USA. This event took place on 12 November 1993 in Denver, Colorado, USA, at the McNichol's Arena. The opening match set the stage for the future of the UFC with Telia Tuli getting four of his teeth knocked out with a kick from Gerard Gordeau. A couple of the teeth actually went into the crowd and the other two became lodged in Gordeau's foot. The event was billed as an 8-man tournament. Rorion's younger brother Royce represented the Gracie family and fought in 3 matches to win the tournament.

Videos of UFC 34 will show the beginning of a new dominant champion. That dominant champion would be Matt Hughes and he would be the prominent champion until November 2006. UFC 34 took place at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on 2 November, 2001. What makes this even so memorable is the way one of the matches finished. That match was for the welterweight championship between Matt Hughes and Carlos Newton. It finished shortly after Newton had Hughes locked in a triangle and then Hughes threw Newton on top of the cage knocking him out. However the referee hadn't noticed that Hughes was also knocked out because of the triangle. The matched ended with Hughes declared the winner after he regained consciousness.

The videos of UFC 65 would show the birth of a subsequent reigning champion. This event took place on 18 November, 2006 at the Arco Arena in Sacramento, California, USA. As mentioned before, Matt Hughes had been the dominant welterweight champion up to this point and now he would face Georges St. Pierre who he had defeated in 2004. St. Pierre had worked hard to come back for a rematch and used a series of low kicks to set up for high kick. This strategy was successful in defeating Hughes and St. Pierre would go on to be the number one ranked welterweight in the world.

UFC 68 videos show Randy Couture coming back from retirement and beating Tim Sylvia for the heavyweight title. The event was held on 3 March, 2007 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, USA and it had the largest crowd to watch a UFC event up to the time. Randy Couture is famous for winning 5 world championships and holding a championship in two different divisions. He had retired 13 months before the fight and had announced he was coming out of that status to fight Sylvia. Coming out of retirement resulted in a record for pay-per-view sales and Couture's popularity made this one of the most spectacular fights in the history of the UFC. Couture dominated the fight having led off with a massive overhand punch and went on to claim his third heavyweight title.
