UglyDolls are ugly, yet so cute! These plush toys came about when David Horvath drew Wage, the first of the UglyDolls, for his fiance Sun-Min Kim. She sewed the toy for David as a surprise, and he asked her to sew a few extra for the Giant Robot store in LA. They sold out in one day, so she sewed more and they kept selling! From there they kept drawing their ugly creations and we were born with Pretty Ugly, LLC - the UglyDoll company.

- I haven't seen the Ugly Dolls before but maybe they are inspired by Dog Toys. My GrandDogs have some toys that look like these dolls. They are pretty cute. Too fun that there is an Ugly Dolls Calendar. :)
