UK Home Buying Companies

Contrary to what some areas of the media will have you think, selling your house to a Home Buyers company is still a viable alternative to selling your house through an estate agent.

UK Home Buying Companies-the truth!

Contrary to what some areas of the media will have you think, selling your house to a Home Buyer company is still a viable alternative to selling your house through an estate agent.

Recently, Home Buying companies have had a fair amount of negative publicity in some areas of the national press and in the media, the claim being that it is still far more cost effective to sell your home via an estate agent.

There is no doubt that, as with estate agents in the past, there are some less than honest companies out there that have led to this publicity. They will promise everything and deliver exactly the opposite. Many of which have complicated agreements and high hidden fees.

However, there is also a long list of well established home buying companies that are willing to offer a valuable service with little or no costs to the seller and who are happy to explain every aspect of the process from start to finish.

By approaching a reputable UK Home Buyer the sale of your property is handled quickly and with little fuss, relieving the pressure of a long drawn out sale normally endured when using an estate agent.

Whatever the reason for selling, financial difficulties, relocation, or pending repossession etc, when all aspects of your property sale are taken into consideration, selling to a property buying company still offers great value for money when compared to selling with an estate agent.

Many industry "experts" are quite happy to state that home buying companies offer a price for your house which is less than the market value. This is true, but who defines market value? Often it is misunderstood that estate agents have a more accurate idea of market conditions than the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyor who will come to value your home. This is simply not true.

That is why most home buyers companies will only offer a price for your property depending on the R.I.C.S valuation. It is all too easy for estate agents to tell us what we want to hear in order to get your business, "of course your house is worth more than every other one on the street", only to change the story in 6 months time now that the "market has changed" resulting in the price having to be dropped heavily in order to make it "competitive".

When you receive an offer from a reputable home buying company the offer will be based on accurate market research and comparable sold prices of similar properties, not on over inflated estate agent valuations. That is why any sale price negotiated will be guaranteed not to change providing that there are no issues arising from the survey.

The question to ask yourself is simple:

What price you would I pay, in order to guarantee to sell your home, at a guaranteed price and in a guaranteed timescale arranged to suit your needs, with no fees to pay whatsoever?

A quick call to a UK Home Buyer and you will probably find that it is not as much as you expected.
