Ukulele is better than guitar
- It's smaller so you can carry it anywhere
- Ukers fancy themselves less
- Their audiences fancy them more
- Four strings for your four fingers: ergonomic design
- Get closer to your audience with less in the way
- Loud enough for performances, quiet enough not to annoy neighbors

I have been playing guitar for the past 10 years. But since getting hold of a ukulele, I have simply lost interest in it.
I'm not saying I will only listen to ukulele music -- the Rolling Stones didn't play any ukue, for one thing. But the easiness with which you can pick up a uke and start strumming or picking makes it the ultimate casual, take anywhere instrument.
