It's playing out like a bad record. The story goes on to say, that we will have the ability to stop this catastrophe...but we don't....(hint, past tense. As in...we fail).
It's just like you've heard, 125 of the worlds wealthiest people, the Bilderburg Group, financially empower their plan to rule the world as a One World Government a*k*a "NWO". The plan is based on the salvation of human existence, through extreme radical change, before "we" destroy the planet.
The pre-existing plan's detail is immaculate and underway. With every stone turned, the extensive plan involves a massively inhumane approach to "de"-populate (similar to the Holocaust), via FEMA concentration camps. Economical collapse, via the Federal Reserve (a privately owned bank, NOT government), created by a falsely constructed financial depression with instigated poverty and mental vulnerability.
Oh, we really started getting played when they created a black President to distract us. A wolf in sheep's clothing. A very likable, well-spoken, people's person......a mirage. Obama is either the main puppet or the Antichrist. I personally pegged this as Antichrist from the get go.
Our inability (as the masses) to stand-up for ourselves/our country, stop the political corruption or to even mentally register/consider the warning signs is because of the brain-washing/mind altering chemicals that we are breathing from the Chemtrails. Not designed to cause immediate health risks or death. They are designed to make us not care. If we do not care about what is going on around us and we blow-off our warning signs as hogwash, then they will be allowed to fulfill their "Dick Dasterdly" scheme. A scheme in which "we" are not a part of the end product, they are.

Privacy There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Justification:
Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:...

Why do we chisel away at Antarctica, causing the release of lifeforms that we aren't adequately prepared to defend ourselves from, disturbing its existing ecosystem. When we have issues and needs in our own backyards. The warnings of the ice melting away from 'global warming' is a hoax. The ice will melt, if you break it off into the waters. Pushing ships through for "research"!
When I was younger, and even now, when I want to go out and 'do' something, I know that I have to finish what I'm doing now before I move on. Following through. Completing a task. Being responsible. I never played outside if my room wasn't cleaned first. I don't spend my money frivolously if I need to pay my bills.
Why do we focus our attention on space and technology and the IceAge when we have responsibilities that we continue to ignore and populations that continue to suffer. Greed and control is our downfall and there should be a cap on all future discoveries and technology (I am aware that much research and technology is for the benefit of our current situations), we are only making a bigger mess while attempting to make things better because we have left so many pots on the back burner. We need to clean up our mess- before we make any more.
