This is the first time a service to unmask blocked calls and reveal the number of callers has ever been made available to the public and it's only available from TrapCall.

How You Can Unblock Blocked Calls With TrapCall

More details about TrapCall

TrapCall was launched in beta in early 2009 and quickly made waves around the United States, with reviews in Wired Magazine, The New York Times, The Washington Times, PC Magazine, ABC News and MSNBC. The service was launched with much controversy about finally being able to expose the numbers behind blocked, private, and restricted calls placed with *67. No longer were callers really hidden when making calls.

TrapCall is able to see the number behind private calls because users setup call-forwarding on their phones, sending their rejected calls to TrapCall's toll free number, which allows companies to see the number - even if its blocked. Why do toll free numbers work like this? Well, it's because companies have to pay for your calls to their toll free number, so they are able to get extra information about the caller! TrapCall used this little known call unblocking trick to its advantage!

Now, users of TrapCall can unblock blocked calls by simply rejecting any blocked calls they get. The calls are then sent to TrapCall for unblocking and are then sent back to the users phone with the number unblocked!

One of the key features of TrapCall is that it works on any phone for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint in the United States! Since every phone has call-forwarding, TrapCall works on all these phones without any special software or downloads needed. TrapCall is NOT a software application so you don't have to be a computer genius to use the service.

All TrapCall requires is that you can follow the simple instructions on its site to type in a few numbers into your phone to get your call forwarding setup to their toll-free number.

If it sounds so easy why would you even use TrapCall? Well, it's just a lot easier to use TrapCall than to setup your own TrapCall imitation with your own toll-free number. First off, you would need your own toll-free number, which can be more expensive than TrapCall by itself! Then, you need to have a second phone to use, since all of your calls need to go to this toll free number and then back to another phone number. Unless your a programmer your not going to be able to get away with using just 1 phone. Then you lose your voicemail on the first phone by doing this, since your sending all your calls to this second phone! It can become a real headache.

Also, TrapCall has other features like blocking of unwanted callers. So if you have a number that you want to "blacklist" you can enter this number in to TrapCall and then this number won't be able to call your phone any more! The caller will hear a recording saying that you're number has been disconnected, once you reject the caller.

TrapCall also has voicemail transcriptions so you get your voice messages typed up and sent to you as text messages! Voicemail transcription is a huge convenience if you hate listening to voicemails or if your in a loud public place and couldn't hear your voicemail message anyways!

Last but not least, TrapCall offers incoming call recording! It's actually the FIRST and ONLY service that we know of that offers incoming call recording. What if some jerkface telemarketer calls you and you want to report them to their company? Or what if someone calls you with some important information that you forget later? With TrapCall you'll have recordings of these incoming calls so you can play them back or download them anytime in the future. It could save your butt more than a few times!

Because TrapCall is a paid service, it's not for everyone. But if you value your privacy, need to stop prank calls, or just want the safety of ALWAYS knowing who's REALLY calling, then TrapCall's a great value at $4.95.
