In this Channel 5 reality TV series, they challenge 8 volunteers to undergo series mental and physical challenges on four continents under the leadership of explorer Benedict Allen and military and civilian instructors. There's no price to be won, only the chance to prove you're unbreakable.

Guyana, where they carried an anaconda and was bitten by bullet ants.
Norway, where they had to sleep in snow holes and plunge into ice water.
The Royal Navy, where they did the diving school tests, including getting out of a sinking helicopter.
Sahara, where they were buried to their neck in the sand.

Everglades, where they had to dig out bones of a rotting alligator.
