Uncle Tom

Now that the dye is set; on who our candidates are for Election 2008. Where will the conservatives who happen to be black come down? Will they go with the flow and pick theblack candidate or will they stand for what they believe in.
Are we still so stuck in the past; that the color
of our skin matters more than the content of our character?
Are we afraid of being on the wrong side of history?
Do we really, really believe that Barack Obama is the best person for the presidency of the United States?

I implore all Black Conservativesto maintain what they have been fighting for; to stand on their principles of why they call themselves conservative.

Arise, Shine and Stand

I just read an article and it's all over the news feeds regarding a Clinton supporter accusing a Obama supporter of calling her a "Uncle Tom'.
This has got the be the most interesting story so far in this crazy election season.
A Liberal calling another Liberal 'Uncle Tom'!
Being called a 'Uncle Tom' is considered as bad as the "N" word in some circles. Wait it's worst, because it's considered someone who has sold out the white man and his theology and or philosophy.
Since this phrase is usually reserved for us "black conservative" types; I find this so amusing!
Maybe the Clinton Supporters should make a statment
