For an easy inexpensive Halloween Costume this year you can dress yourself or your kids with an Underdog costume. For your kids all you need is an Underdog T-Shirt, a home-made blue cape and paint the child's nose black. That's it!The same procedure works with an adult person.
This was the easiest costume and I can't believe parents of little kids haven't thought of it. All our friends with children went nuts for it.

Of course, if you know how to sew with a little imagination you can turn this t-shirt into a super-duper fantastic dog costume and presto Fido becomes Underdog. (The blue cape is simply attached with velcro.)

Dot and Wakko Warner: I wore black leggings and a black turtleneck straight from my wardrobe. I did have to stitch up a pink skirt, but it was easy and didn't even require a pattern. My hubby wore black sweats and a baggy blue sweatshirt. I cut out ears of black felt and sewed them on a red baseball hat for him and sewed mine onto a headband. I also added the big yellow flower to my headband. We wore white gardening gloves to complete the look. And made tails out of coat hangers covered with black material. Easy!

Marvin the Martian (from Bugs Bunny): 1. Tape a brush to the top of a motorcycle helmet. 2. Wear a black ski mask 3. Matching Sweatsuit (I used red) 4. Make a skirt out of cardboard 5. Get a ping pong ball gun (or any space gun) and carry it
