How Binaural Beats Work
Binaural Beats work by broadcasting two separate frequencies in each ear. For example, if you wanted to tune your brain to a 7 Hz frequency, you could play 200 Hz in your right ear, and 207 Hz in your left ear. Now that we are talking about Psychic Energy, Telekinesis, and ESP, let's jump into an exercise that is aimed towards helping you build your inner energy levels, and practice propelling that energy outward.
We are going to talk about PSI Balls. A PSI Ball is basically a ball of energy that your brain forms in your hands, which you can send outward or use to accomplish tasks. Many Wicca's, Spiritualists, and Telekinesis practitioners use PSI Balls for great benefit. The art of using PSI Balls can be used for any purpose, but shows extreme success in propelling energy outwards.
Okay, onto the Practices:
This practice comes in two parts. The first part is all mental. The entire practice should first be played through your mind only with no physical action. After you complete the mind visualization, you can awake from your mind programming session, and try the exact same exercise with your physical body.

Once you have a vivid visualization of your own hands, think of yourself rubbing them together for about 30 seconds. Feel the friction with your mind, feel the heat build up, and feel the power being produced. This should all be thought, and you should not actually be moving your physical hands. Your body should be still and relaxed, and your visualization should be strong.
Now with your mind, picture yourself opening your hands as you were receiving a gift. Focus your thoughts into the middle of your hands, and mentally extract the surrounding power from your hands. Let this power group together in the center of your palms. Using thought, form and shape this power into a ball of light. Let your mind dictate the color and size of the ball.
Now that you are visualizing a ball of power in your hands, propel this PSI Ball outward away from your body by throwing it. Not like throwing an overhead fastball, but by gracefully lopping it in the direction you want.
Watch as the PSI Ball of power leaves your hands and drifts quickly towards a solid object. When the Energy Ball makes contact with a solid object, visualize the power silently exploding and breaking into a million small specks of light. Watch as the light disperses and disappears.
With practice, you should be able to see the entire process vividly and perfectly.

Pretty much, all we are going to do is cross the tooth picks, stick a needle through them to hold them together, and thread the needle. This will create a hanging cross that we will attempt to move with our mind and thought power. Now that you have your psychic device, lets get going and try to produce some physical psychic happenings. The object is to visualize your hands, form the PSI Energy Ball as discussed in the last newsletter, and propel the energy ball at the tooth pick cross. The ultimate result we are reaching for is to physically see the tooth pick cross move from your projected energy.

Decoding Symbols
Decoding psychic symbols goes hand in hand with decoding dreams. These symbols you see are stimulated by your brain from outside forces. The true meaning to any dream or psychic symbol is within you, and you alone.

Lets dive directly into more psychic practices. Now that you learned the techniques of asking a question, and letting the world respond, we will put it to use. This practice is so simple, yet so effective it shouldn't be overlooked. So lets get going!
Take a deck of playing cards, and take out the face cards, 10's, and aces. You should have 20 cards. 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 jacks, 4 Aces, and 4 10's. shuffle these 20 cards up, and lay one on the table at a time.
Before you predict what the card is, take the time to meditate and release your conscious mind. If you have the ESP Binaural Recording, use it now. Put on your headphones, and allow your thoughts to melt away. Now that your mind is in the right state, ask the question as outlined in the past newsletter, ask the question. "What is the value of the card in front of me?".
Let your brain think freely, and allow the symbols to enter your brain. Don't expect to see a vivid picture of a Queen, but perhaps the symbol of a flower. Once the world sends you a symbol, make the connection. A flower is a feminine object, so the card must be a Queen!
The key is not to force your mind to picture an exact image out of 5 choices, but to allow your brain to present the answer in the symbolic way nature dictates.
After you complete the first card, put the card back into the deck and reshuffle them. Your odds will be 20% every draw, and you can keep track of your progress over a long period of time. The goal is to see an upward percentage spiral over time.

Finding Your Astral Projection Trigger
Astral Projection. Some techniques that may work for some may not work for all, and only you have the power to obtain results. With that said, lets dive right in..
By now, you should already understand how to relax and feel a shift of consciousness. Once that stage is reached, you should than wait for the "Separation Point" as described in the last letter. As mentioned earlier, some will feel the body vibrate and feel out of place, some will feel lowering or heightening of the body, and others may feel "Out Of Place". Whatever your pre-cursor is, that's the key moment when you need to progress.

Now comes the most difficult part of actually fully separating yourself. This is by far the hardest part of the process. I have heard many techniques described, but I can tell you most are assumptions that yield no success. The secret of this step, is you have to find a way to make the total separation happen without forcing it. In a more descriptive view, you need to do something that will result in your body separating without trying to physically separate. I know it sounds confusing, but very few can just decide it's time to separate and walk out. You need to find your trigger.
One Successful Trigger- This is an example of a separation trigger that has been successful for me. Once I feel the Separation point occur, I immediately (but very gradually) convince myself that the head of my bed is raising. I picture my laying surface as a greased pan, or a slippery surface, and the head of the bed is raising while the foot is staying stationary. As the head of my bed raises, a downward slope slowly forms as my body slowly starts to slide downward towards my feet. (Like a sliding board in a park)
As my body slowly slides down, the separation point becomes greater. That is the Goal! You do not need to reach the ground at first, and you do not need immediate results. Infact, if you push too hard, or don't allow the body to find it's natural rhythm, it could drastically slow the process down. The key is to extend and expand upon that separation point an inch at a time.
Remember, the "Separation Trigger" above is only an example and the process must be done while maintaining a Non-Alert state. You may and probably will fail a few times, and your mind may become awake and active from the excitement. When this occurs, it's best to forget about the process, and and return to relaxation before getting up. If your brain becomes alert, shake it off, and clear your mind again, but do not re-attempt to separate at that time. Always remember, force is not the way.......

Lucid Dreaming Step 1
Let's talk about Lucid Dreaming. This subject is easier to master than the previous ones, and should be much quicker to see results. So hold on to your hats, and let's get down to business.
Lucid Dreaming is to realize you are dreaming and learn to control your dreams. This one is easy to figure out, but like anything else, it takes a degree of discipline. If you have been reading our newsletters, but haven't taken action, this is the subject you may want to start with. Before we talk tactics, let me introduce our Lucid Dreaming Recording. This recording can and will make the process easier and quicker. I recommend picking up a copy of it as you practice.
The Lucid Trick

Close your eyes and picture different digital clocks. Get in the habit of picturing and looking at clocks often.
Keep repeating this clock obsession, and soon you will see a clock in your dreams. But when you see this clock in your dreams, it will not look like the standard clocks you trained your brain to focus on. It will be weird.. You will be looking at this clock confused, than all of the sudden, it will hit you... I AM DREAMING!!!
This works because most times dreams do not portray reality as is. You do not need to use the clock example, almost anything that you see daily will work. Some people constantly look at their hands, and during a dream they will look at their hands, and realize they are dreaming because their hands look weird. You can even go as far as pinching yourself often, and during your dream, you will pinch yourself and the feeling will be different. It doesn't matter what you choose to focus on, if you repeat the process multiple times daily, you will eventually dream you are doing it. That's when you will make a connection that your are not in a state of reality, and you must be dreaming.

The Human Aura
A human aura is the reflection of life energies within a human body. A persons health, mental status, and emotions are all presented within their aura, along with disease and illness. The Unexplainable Store has a recording designed to help you reach the correct mind frame for viewing these auras. I suggest picking up a copy.
The human aura starts with etheric aura. This is a thin band that surrounds the body. The etheric aura is usually no more than half an inch around and pale in color. It's also referred to the sheath or energy body which is around the body or close to the skin.
The main aura looks like layered bands. Almost like whispy spaghetti draped over the body, but curvy and vibrant. These energy bands are emmited from the chakras. Pure energy from the Earth is drawn up into a person, and the chakras transform the colors and energy fields. The strength of the aura is determined by the person's energy, life style, and nature. A person's aura is also sensitive to light. The aura can intensify, expand, or react to light. The aura also reacts to different surrounding colors.
When trying to see an aura, clothing will disrupt the true colors. It is impossible to get a true aura reading through clothing. For example, a person wearing a blue shirt will have an overly yellow saturated aura. this is because the Aura reacts with the blue and yellow is the outcome. For best practices, it is recommended to view someone with little clothing.
When a person is in the process of dying, the aura shows it. A dying person usually has a bluish aura with silver sparks. Their energy field grows near death and the aura expands.
How To view Auras
All objects have auras and the easiest ones to see are blue and red objects. So get yourself a red or blue shirt and hang it a few feet away from you. Make sure the shirt is hung in front of a plain background. Now position yourself between 2 feet and 5 feet away from the shirt. Move closer and further to find the perfect distance.
Dim the lights, turn off the TV, and draw the shades. Remember, light will affect the aura, so the room needs to be dim, but have enough light to clearly see the object. Make sure there is no reflections from mirrors or nearby metal.
Start by staring past the shirt. Let the corner of the shirt be visible through the corner of your eye. Try to look past the shirt, not focusing on the shirt itself, but aware it is there. Once you got the idea, it's time to start.
If you have a copy of the Aura Viewing recording, sit upright and play the recording. As soon as you start to relax, take a few deep breaths. Now begin to look at the edge of the shirt (like your looking past it). Don't focus on the shirt, but let your mind go into a haze. This is most comparable to day dreaming.
Don't force yourself not to blink. When you have to blink, let it happen naturally. you don't want your eyes to get dry or irritated.
You should soon start to see a light colored (pale like) surrounding. If you hold on to that mind frame and continue your session, the pale aura will start to become enhanced and take a color. If you chose a blue shirt, you should start to see a yellow aura.
You can practice with both colors to start. A red shirt and a blue shirt. The blue shirt will have a yellow aura, and the red shirt will have a green aura. Once you have success seeing the two color auras, you can incorporate more colors into your practices. Experiment with different colors, and even group colors together.
