Unexplainable Store Review

When I stumbled across the Unexplainable Store I had no idea what binaural beats were.

So I did a little research and found out that they are mp3 files that pump alpha frequencies into your mind. These frequencies are in your mind when you are completely relaxed or asleep and all these files do is to trick your mind into relaxing, very simple but also very affective.

I was a little sceptical at first but they do have a FREE 10 minute sample so I signed up and got my free sample and after about 5 minutes I could feel the difference. I started feeling a lot more relaxed which is pretty hard for me, I thought that it might just be some kind of placebo so waited and used the mp3 again the next day and sure enough I started to feel that relaxing feeling again. These files really do work!

To get the best from these audio files you really need to be on your own in a room with no distractions, lay down on your bed or couch and try and switch off to the world, you can hear some soothing music and also a strange sound in the background, at first this sound is quite pronounced but after a while it seems to go away although it doesn`t. I think it's just your brain getting used to these sounds.
Anyway I now have a collection of these files and am currently using the quit smoking beats, so far so good it doesn`t take all the urge away but it defiantly helps.

So if you have some kind of stress or anxiety problem, i can vouch for the stress and anxiety beats as they have helped me a great deal.
