- I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this!! Ever since I bought my computer almost a year ago, I've been trying to remove this program from my computer. It was not even showing up in my program files, but was in my tool bar and always popping up with some kind of message here and there. Even when I went into the computer and found the file, everything was there except an uninstall button! Needless to say that was very irritating! As I type this I am finally able to rid myself of that crazy program!! Thank you so very much!

- I started having problems with PC-cillin in 2002, did the remove and everything deleted except one 9.32 m.b. file that is on a network resource that is unavailable, It is asking for a folder containing the Installation Package 'PCC.msi which doesn't exist. I switched to McAffee in '02 but after awhile the upgrades wouldn't download because of this remnant file. I have talked to 10 or more different indians over the last years without any success. I'm ready to reformat the hard drive and start over!!!
