- Hi, my in laws have just purchased Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 2011. They asked me to install it for them. On 85% on the install the computer crashed. A blue screen saying that Windows has to shut down. Now whenever I reboot the the computer the sane crash happens after about 5 mins of loading up. The program is showing up in the Start Menu but it didn't finish installing. It's NOT showing up on the list of Windows Uninstall Programs. I've carried out a windows restore and the program icon is gone BUT the computer is still crashing. Can anyone help?

- Hi, i am using Transcend USB (pen drive) ELBA for storing some files to carry with me anywhere, but whenever i insert it in the system the Transcend USb security folder opens which is making me a pain in my butt. i need a info for deleting it from my pendrive permanently, could you help

- Also, some of the new and more sophisticated antivirus programs will automatically scan all external memory devices such are disks, memory sticks and external hard drives. This is very handy feature especially if you use external memory devices that are not yours and can be infected with harmful programs.

- It's just ridiculous how antivirus makers can't make uninstallers remove their software at once. They release 'removal tools' that are hidden on their support websites. But those tools sometimes don't help either! So it seems in the nearest future PC users will have to add one more entry to their 'desirable features' list: ability to uninstall antivirus software.

- I have already installed the Trend Micro and I want to remove that and install the New version Trend Micro Internet Securty 2010. I had removed the old one restart the system and tried to install the new one but when i install it gives a msg that is "Trend micro already installed on the system" then I remove all the entried from the Registry,remove all the infections,used Removal tool But again the same msg. what to do?

- I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this!! Ever since I bought my computer almost a year ago, I've been trying to remove this program from my computer. It was not even showing up in my program files, but was in my tool bar and always popping up with some kind of message here and there. Even when I went into the computer and found the file, everything was there except an uninstall button! Needless to say that was very irritating! As I type this I am finally able to rid myself of that crazy program!! Thank you so very much!
