Getting engaged is more than just asking a question, it's a proposal for a life commitment. Make your marriage proposal even more special with these unique engagement ideas. Give her a marriage proposal she will never forget!

The 'traditional' engagement proposal simply consists of finding a special place at a special time and getting down on one knee, pulling out an engagement ring and asking her to marry you. There is NOTHING wrong with this. Women all over the world find this incredibly romantic and something they will never forget.

However, if you are looking for a different approach or something that will blow her off her feet then here are some great ideas for unique engagement proposal ideas.

Place the box inside of the bear and then continue the process of it. Once your bear is created you can dress it how ever you would like to but keep in mine they do have wedding dresses and tuxedoes. This way you will have a romantic proposal along with a keepsake!

It will be like one of those sappy love stories she watches on TV!

This is also great if you plan on taking a stroll on the beach. Just have the bottle placed where you want it ahead of time. My husband did it just right, even managed to completely surprise me when I *knew* the question would be coming, but these are some very interesting ideas. I must caution any hopeful grooms-to-be to know their beloved well enough to know if she'd love or hate a public display before committing to something grandiose!! Mine was perfect because it was exactly what I didn't know I'd love! LOL

Happily married, I hope never to be proposed to again!

Your lens though should prove helpful to those who are not married!
