Credit Education and Restoration

United Credit Education Services offers a system that allows clients to track their progress as they go through the process. This is a key component to the system. Clients can track their progress 3 ways, On-Line through a secure website, customer service center that is available M-F 9:00AM to 5:00 PM and finally by contacting their agent. This is important in that the client is informed and up to date as to their progress.

The next component is the Educational Package that is offered through the customer access site. This is also key for the client to achieve the highest level of results. I personally insist that all my clients take the time to review the educational materials. I tell all my clients that the deletion process by it self is good but you must also strive to educate your self on personal credit and finance. If not you are only getting half of what you paid for.

Finally it is important that the client plug in to the customer support center for advice on things related to credit as they are going through the process. The credit analyst at the processing center are an excellent resource and will help guild you through any issues that come up while in the program.
