Take action and use the tools, tips, techniques, videos, resources, and lists for the Universal Self Improvement and success of all. Share this gift with all of those around you.

Who's The Best?

You deserve the best and the Universe is ready to give it to you, but you have to do your part.

This shouldn't be too dificult to do. In fact, it may be tons of fun! What is it that you will have to do? Simple...

ACT LIKE YOU ALREADY HAVE THE BEST

Here's a few suggestions to help you achieve a state of Bestfulness.

1. Stop being cheap. Keep looking for bargains. But even you get a bargain on junk - it's still junk.

2. Go for the upgrade. This applies to clothes, food, cars, travel, lodging... the list is endless

3. Buy the best you can afford. Even though you may pay a little bit more, the *value* can be many times more.

4. Treat each person you meet as though they are the best.

5. Treat yourself as if you were your best. In fact you are the best you there is!

Apply these principles in your daily life. The Universe will reward you with the best there is.

Be Ready to Receive

Awareness and state of mind are vital to receiving the Gifts of the Universe. Each of us must realize our current being and be aware when positive change is upon us.

That is why it is so important to speak the things we want. It transmits those desires to Universe, AND it reminds us of what it is we need. It not only makes us receptive, it also tells us something may be coming.

Be grateful when these gifts are shared. All givers appreciate a cheerful receiver. You would rather give more gifts to someone who showed gratitude than to someone who grumbled about it, wouldn't you?

The more you give of the gifts of yourself, and the more you share of the gifts bestowed upon you, the more you will receive. One caveat: Always give to give, not in expectance of what you will get in return.

Enjoy receiving and sharing your gifts.

Success be yours,

Conquer Anxiety - by Michael Oksa

7 Important Steps to Self Improvement

Notice the title does not say 'Eliminate Anxiety'. Here is the reason, in battle when an enemy is conquered, it still exists - not eliminated. The enemy in this case is anxiety. Anxiety that may have prevented you from living the life you want.

But no more. Here are 6 steps to conquer anxiety. How easy they are to accomplish is proportionate to the level of your anxiety, but the rewards for doing so are also proportionate.

1. Accept that your anxiety can happen. This does not make you abnormal.

2. Determine exactly why you are willing to pay the price to conquer the anxiety. Be specific.

3. Prepare yourself for these situations - Handle as it happens, not before. Why torture yourself twice? Visualize a good outcome. Visualize any part of the situation that you know will go right, thn amplify that thought.

4. Create and use anti-anxiety daily affirmations as another weapon in the battle.

5. If you find yourself being anxious, re-frame this feeling as exhileration. Not fear. You are alive.

6. Feel the anxiety - then face it anyway. Do it.

7. Congratulate yourself every time you conquer your anxiety.

Anxiety can often appear unexpectedly, when it does you will now be armed with simple techniques to conquer it.

Shhh... Listen...

Good relationships are vital to Universal Self Improvement. They are how we advance as a whole. It seems ironic, but we must work with each other to improve our self, and we must improve our self to improve us all.

One key to healthy relationships is listening. Not just thinking about what to say next, but actually listening to what another person has to say.

No lesson can be imparted to you if you are the one talking. Now this doesn't mean you have to take a vow of silence, but try to talk 50% less and listen 100% more.

People often complain about someone that talks
too much, but when was the last time you heard
someone complain about someone that listens too
much?

Listening is a process of growth. As you learn to listen to another person you will learn to listen better to your self, then community, and eventually the Universe.

Listen to the little things, the eternal things, the noisy things (to give them real meaning), the silent things, the thoughts of yourself, and the hearts of others.

Magnets and Thought

We have all witnessed the power of attraction at work. We understand that magnets attract, and, in less tangible ways, we understand being attracted to people, things or experiences. Attraction at the molecular level holds the very universe together. So what does mind power have to do with attraction?

The law of attraction encompasses both the physical and the metaphysical. It keeps things in place or draws things together.

Attraction is both an action and a reaction.

It is the underlying force of the universe we live in and the life we live. Attraction in the physical sense can be charted and scientifically plotted. The power of attraction that our minds create is also, finally, being documented and verified by science. This mind power is directly responsible for everything we receive in life.

So what is this mind power? Thought. The substance of our being, how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. Thoughts have no mass or weight and they take up no volume or space, yet they are energy and like all energy cause all things around them to be influenced.

What counts for self improvement is choosing how you will manifest that influence. This is always up to you. Focus on what you want, believe you will get it, and be ready to receive it when it comes.

The Pursuit Of Perfection

A Myth ~ or ~ A Worthy Goal?

"Nobody's perfect."

That little saying may be responsible for much of the failure mindset that creeps into the lives of the masses.

It's a saying that is true, yet implies the futility of even trying for perfection. Well forget it! Nobody is perfect, but those who reach great heights try for it.

The elusiveness of perfection is a tool anyone can use. Think of it as a worthy goal. It is worthy because everytime you reach a goal, you can set another one.

To be facetious, keep setting new goals until you reach perfection. Of course, you will keep improving yourself along the way. Nearing, yet never achieving, perfection along the way.

The pursuit of perfection is worthwhile, because it makes you improve, grow, and continually change your definition of success.

Never use "nobody's perfect" as an excuse, use it as a reason.
