Unlimited Lens Ideas

Whilst I'm quite new to Squidoo, I don't ever see myself running out of lens ideas. I'm going to explain why I think I can keep coming up with new ideas that will keep me producing successful new lenses for as long as I want to.

"It is possible to create a Squidoo Lens on any subject you choose. Absolutely Anything!"

Your Interests and Hobbies

The first thing to do is to create a lens on every subject that you have a keen interest in. (For me that is a whole bunch of lenses)

Complex subjects can provide enough for several lenses.

Get yourself a notebook

Carry it with you everywhere. You never know when you might get an idea for a new lens.

Some Must Have Lenses

Here are some ideas for lenses that I believe every lensmaster should have.

"Do you have a shelf of DVDs and CDs? Every one of those could be an idea for a lens."

When You Have Run Out of Ideas

When you have exhausted all of your interests you need to get creative. It is necessary to come up with new subjects.

It is necessary to educate yourself in new subjects. This can be very interesting and rewarding.

Try typing something into Google and see what you get. Just think of a word or phrase, type it in and click search. Look through a dictionary for an almost endless number of words to Google.

You could also try a visit to the local library. Look at subjects that you have never looked at before. Borrow a book and learn something new, then create a lens about it.

Do Not Plagiarise!

Facts cannot be copyrighted and neither can ideas.

Presentation of facts and ideas is another matter.

Never copy anything. Do it your own way and in your own style.
