What is residual income? Residual income in the context I am describing it is an ongoing monthly and if set up correctly ever growing income. It is very much like a royalty paid to a musician every time their record is played on the radio. So as part of a network marketing business, residual income is derived from the monthly customer retail total, in other words every time a paying customer purchases your product or service every month, so you are paid a small percentage of that bill every month, hence residual income.
