Noel Cruz: The Portrait Artist
Mr. Cruz was artistically inspired as a child, and taught himself to draw portraits in his teens while living in his native home of the Philippines.
Mr. Cruz is shown working on a portrait of one of his favorite actresses, Lindsay Wagner. His portrait was done with Graphite and Charcoal on a 20" x 30" Cold-Pressed Illustration Board.

I apologize for the delayed response as I have been very busy lately. First of all, I thank you for such awe-inspiring comments and kind words.
It means a lot to me to know that through my work, I am able to provide inspiration to others. It is a tremendous enough blessing for me to be given the gift to create art, but even bigger blessing to know that I am able to affect people.
I am so sorry to hear about your condition and it is my hope that you will be able to overcome this and have the strength through all of this.

I like to follow the same foot steps of others Artis, and yourself, to show also my talent mind as in Artis.the firts time I came a cross to know yourwork it was ...when I purchase the magazine Haute Doll back in march/april 2005, I was so inpress by the work that you do....now in my life Iam going thrue Cancer ....and I want to learn and spent more time paiting just the way you paint dolls. I myself love to discover a way in how to give it the real meaning to the work of repainting dolls (barbie)....mind you I want to take painting as a full time job and be one day as brilliant and famous like you..could pleasesend me some tips how to do a good painting job.please..and thank you jay472009@live.ca
