Untraceable, starring Diane Lane, opened in U.S. theaters January 25, 2008.
Diane Lane is joined by the cast of Colin Hanks, Billy Burke, Joseph Cross and Mary Beth Hurt in the thriller Untraceable for Lakeshore Entertainment and Screen Gems.
Here's the Premise:
The film follows FBI agent Jennifer Marsh (Lane) as she races against time to track down a ruthless online predator. Colin Hanks plays Lane's FBI partner, while Cross takes on the role of the film's villain; Burke is the love interest of Lane's character, and Hurt plays the mother of Lane's character.The script was written by Allison Burnett ("The Feast of Love") from an original screenplay by Robert Fyvolent and Mark R. Brinker.
Gregory Hoblit, whose credits include Frequency and Fallen, is directing Untraceable, which began shooting February 2007 in Portland, Oregon.
Lakeshore Entertainment chairman and CEO Tom Rosenberg and president Gary Lucchesi produced Untraceable with Andy Cohen and Steven Pearl.
Screen Gems released the film domestically on January 25, 2008. The film debuted fifth with $11.2 million in its opening weekend, appearing in about 2,300 locations.
