- As a chemistry teacher, I understand the formulas written on the bottles of cleaning products. Some of them have adverse affects on the environment. Why use them when there are safe and readily available substitutes?
Great lens

- It's scary to think how many people still believe that poisons make the best cleaners. Not to mention all the new disposable cleaning products that come out every year. It's like the chemical companies see the Earth going down the drain, and just want to make a few bucks before the end!
5 stars and a 'roll to my green living lenses!

Natural cleaning products are great for people with sensitive skin, so I'm lensrolling this to my Sensitive Skin Care page. Thanks for such a well-made, informative and interesting lens.

This is a GREAT and helpful lens. I stopped spending big bucks on cleaners long ago and use white vinegar and water. But I did not know about olive oil for cleaning furniture. Cannot wait to try that!! Good job.

- A cup of vinegar in a coffee mug placed in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes, then kept in for another 5 to steam it and you can just wipe down the inside of the microwave quick and easy!
