The problem with most Google Cash reviews
The promise of the Google System...
No, it is not a scam
They didn't need a website, they didn't have to do customer service, and they could often - although not always - make money while they slept. It really was the internet lifestyle that all the Gurus preached while secretly knowing better.
GoogleCash reviews popped up like weeds and continued to pop up even when Chris Carpenter failed to update the book back in late 2005 and early 2006 - however, Chris eventually DID update the Google Cash eBook...unfortunately, unlike the Google Cash review at WorkAtHomeTruth, 99%+ of the reviews never got updated and the wrong people started buying the book.
Why GoogleCash is best for intermediate or experienced PPCers
Terrific system - to "add in" to your profit portfolio
If you're a beginner you'd be significantly better off starting with Matt Levenhagen's Campaign Blasts Method, which is a very low-risk method of entering the fray of PPC-based affiliate marketing.
You see often with the GoogleCash method, the best way to make it work is with higher bids on your clicks, but with the Campaign Blasts method a beginner can still bid 10 cents per click and have success.
But for intermediate or advanced affiliate PPCers (affiliates who use pay per click extensively to earn their money) it can be a nice way to dip into the market earn a nice sum of cash and then reinvest that cash into some of their longer-term business strategies.
In fact not long before this Lens went live I netted close to $2,000 promoting just one product with the Google Cash method in a period of only 3 days linking directly to the merchant site.
In the past I would have been very excited about a success like that and of course it's still nice. But now I think about it differently.
I know that making money by direct-linking - sending traffic directly from Adwords to a merchant's site - can become quite unstable as more competition comes in. So now I reinvest the profits into either setting up websites to promote the profitable product or I invest the money into another totally unrelated longer-term business.
Google Cash 3 and beyond
Significant improvements, but be careful
In addition to Matt Levenhagen's book, I've listed some other Adwords ebooks below that are appropriate for beginning affiliates.
Pay Per Click Affiliate Guides for Beginners
- Adwords Miracle Review
- AdwordsMiracle is a solid introduction to making money as an affiliate with Google Adwords. The author - Chris McNeely went on to write DayJobKiller - an excellent book, but again less appropriate for beginners.
= - Beating Adwords
- Beating Adwords is a book that some of my subscribers at WorkAtHomeTruth have recommended to me as a very easy-to-understand guide for people wanting to make money with Google Adwords and affiliate marketing.
The author's "The Wealthy Affiliates" run an excellent membership site that I frequented for years.
= - Campaign Blasts Method review
- This is a very low-risk Google Adwords Affiliate Program (system) and a very organized way for someone to begin to generate profits in Affiliate Marketing while continuing to learn intermediate and advanced techniques.
The system comes with a trial membership to Campaign Blasts which has quite a few live demonstrations - and access to Matt Levenhagen's XTremeProfits forum which is full of knowledgeable people (including myself) willing to help you out.

Discusses the 2006 Slap
You have to be careful with info about the Adwords Quality Score in general because even in some courses with great ideas like the Wholesale Traffic System there's often quite a bit of wrong information.
