How To Upload MP3 To Blogger Without Being James Bond

Audio marketing can be very effective. Especially when you are using them for welcoming your customers to your website, capture pages and thank you page.

It's one of the most powerful tools to use for educating your prospects on the steps to take or to share valuable information. Just by using audio, you can provide free audio books as well as the transcribed version.

Giving you the added value.

But how can you upload your own audio to your blogger or wordpress for free?

That's what this lens is about and I'm going to start from the beginning. You'll learn to record, save it as mp3, then upload it online to grab a html code. Then we'll paste this code onto our blogger.

As you can see, I have the text and in the middle is teh audio. You can visit my blog as I have left links at the end of this lens so you can see the example for yourself. It's really so easy to upload an audio to your blog posts...

When you get to the page, look for the box you see in the image. Download this free software called Audacity...

When you've downloaded the software and opened the software, you'll have a window come up, like this one below. Hook your microphone on and press record..

Now, you sing or talk and do the James Brown shuffle. Or sing like Alicia keyes.

Or if your doing this for business, like I am, then share valuable content that will help your targeted, hungry audience to go.."Blimey! Awesome info mate!"

Make Sure You Save It As MP3.. 

It's important you save it as mp3 format because I found problems happen when it is saved as wav. You don't see the player with a wav file. So, go for MP3. Create a folder so everything in it's rightful place and easy to find...

The Place To Upload Audio For Free.. 

We need to upload our mp3 somewhere, so we can grab the Html code to paste on our blog. So, visit a site called divshare.com. This is not an affilate site by the way. It's the place to go to upload your sound for free.

Create Your Free Account And Confirm.. 

When you have created your own free account and confirmed to the email they've sent you - just go back and click on the dashboard...

Stepping Into The Backend.. 

When you click on the dashboard, a new window will open up and it will take you to a simple back end system to begin uploading..

How To Upload The File.... 

You'll see a button on your right which says, upload new file. Just press it and get ready to also fill in some details for the file..



Beam It Up To Scotty! 

Browse, find your mp3 audio you've record and press ok. You'll need to fill in some details, which I'll advise not to miss because it will help to make your audio relevant when someone searching for valuable audio.

Add Your Keywords, tags And Create Folder... 

Preparation is Part of Success...

Add your keywords and go down to create a fold. The moment you name your folder, it will instantly do it for you. Also add your email address too.

That way, it will also send you a copy of the file to your email in-box.



It's Time To Upload... 

This is the part that takes sometime but because you have given your email, it doesn't matter. Just press the grey upload button and sorted. It be done in a couple of minutes depending on the file.

Grabbing Your Code.... 

When your audio is uploaded, it will provide you with a link. Click on the link...






The link will take you to a page where your audio and the audio player is....






And all you got to do, is click on the word share on the player..







And it will change to the word COPY. Just press copy and this will grab the Html code, ready to past it on your blog.

The government went and gave the patent for the invention of radio to...the italian dude called Marconi. This really got Tesla angry and bitter.

Why? Because Marconi was suing the government for using the patent for World War 1. So to silence him, they moved the Patent that was orginally to Tesla to this guy.

change it to Html format first...

Visit your own blog, whether it is blogger or wordpress. Change the format to Html, because we're going to paste a code...

Paste The Html Code... 

you're...nearly...there...

Paste the code wherever you want. I'd type some words first and then make some space and paste it the way I have here...

Turn Back The Time To..Preview 

When you have done pasting the Html code, just click back to preview...

And you will have the final result like this...

Ideas For Your Audio... 

  • To welcome people to your blog and run it on auto-play or on-hold.
  • You can add it to your capture pages
  • Then there's the thank you page, to educate your reader the reason why they need to confirm the email you're sending.
There are other methods which I'd advise to use because it will help to engage your audience..

  • Find people in your industry or interview a lens master on the skills they can share
  • Put these interviews as a ebook report and audio report
  • Give them a way to bring them into your own community
  • Build relationships with fellow entrepreneurs and bloggers. Create joint ventures and this will syndicate your work further.

How about making your own Hub lively?

  • You can interview leaders of your industry in network marketing
  • Then email your prospects to learn from the interview
  • Making sure you direct them to your blog to share their comments
  • Ask your readers what they want to learn and cover it on your audio podcasts

What About Generating More Traffic?

  • You and I know, if you're smart...writing one blog isn't enough
  • So speak and record
  • Give your audios to someone to transcribe your valuable content
  • Post it up as an article or your blog
