One Exercise To Build Upper Chest Muscles Fast
1. Lie on an incline bench
2. Grip the bar shoulder width apart
3. Descend the bar towards your chest slowly
4. Pull the bar back up once you feel a stretching sensation in your chest. Stop before locking your elbows.
5. Squeeze your chest and repeat.
Incline dumbell press
The incline bumbell press is another important exercise you should do to build upper chest muscles.
1. Lie on an incline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Make sure your palms face outward so the weights are parallel to each other.
3.Push dumbbells upwards and stop before your elbows lock.
4.Squeeze your pecs during contraction.
5.Lower weights and repeat.
