- Portland Bocce League
- Located in Portland, OR. "The League provides local competition and tournaments, assisting players of all skill levels to reach their full potential in the game of Bocce. Any person residing within the boundaries of the Oregon or Southwest Washington are eligible for membership in the League."

- Benicia Bocce League
- Located in Solano County, CA. "If you are interested in playing on a team but are not associated with a team, you can fill out a registration form and we will create a team for you with others in your same situation."
- East Portal Bocce Club
- Located in Sacramento, CA. "It was in the early 1970's East Portal Bocce Club was organized under the guiding hand of the club's padrino, Tony Peretti. Tony was both a proud Italian American and a veteran. In honor of all the war veterans, he started the first annual Fourth of July Tournament."
- Martinez Bocce Federation
- Located in Martinez, CA. "America's Largest Bocce League. 15 Courts - Over 1500 Members"
- Salem Bocce League
- Located in Salem, OR. "SBL was created to promote and develop the sport of bocce, provide local competition, and most of all, to give people of all ages and abilities a chance to have fun playing the great sport of bocce."
- City of Sausalito Bocce League
- Located in Sausalito, CA. "In Sausalito, bocce ball is about friendly (and sometimes fierce) competition with old and new friends. The Fall Bocce League is back, and only the strong survive in this local autumn favorite. Don't be afraid if you're a novice; bocce is an easy game to play, and with each match you continue to home your skills as a Bocce Master."

- Italian Heritage Society of Indiana Bocce League
- Located in Indianapolis, IN. "Welcome to the Italian Heritage Society's home page for all things bocce! From here you can check league standings & schedules, register for the next session, or view pictures that have been submitted by our players. - John Pirelli Lodge Bocce League
- Located in Dayton, OH. "Requirement for membership is Italian descent or a spouse of Italian descent."
- New Town Bocce League
- Located at St. Charles, MO. "The New Town Bocce League is a great way to join your friends and neighbors for a couple of hours of fun and camaraderie, while competing for a chance to add your team's name to the Gerald 'Jerry' Jacob's Championship Trophy. This is sure to become a New Town tradition, and you can be a part of it."
- Bocce USA
- Located in West Frankfort, IL. "The league has eleven locally sponsored teams. The league is schedules for twenty-two nights of competition with each team rolling three games per night. Team points are culminated nightly consisting of points earned for three games, and five bonus points for each game won creating the running weekly standings."

Bocce Leagues in the Northeast
- DC Bocce League
- Located in Washington, DC. "DC Bocce participants will enjoy official t-shirts, League membership cards good for bar specials around Capitol Hill, and post game happy hours held at Pour House located on 319 Pennsylvania Ave. We will meet on the lower floor where DC Bocce League members can enjoy food and beer specials."
- Norristown Bocce League
- Located in Norristown, PA. "NBL hosts numerous tournaments during the summer months - usually held free of charge. These tournaments create fun, community-oriented events for hundreds of participants - and, in keeping with the traditional social elements of the game, almost always include food and beverage. Leftover food is donated to a local food bank."
- Southampton Bocce League
- Located in Southampton, NY. "The newly formed Southampton Bocce League kicked off their inaugural season on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at 5:00 pm at the brand new bocce courts at North Sea Community Park on Majors Path."
- Floyd NY Bocce League
- Located in Brooklyn, NY. "Floyd, NY has a 40 foot indoor court made of packed red clay and hosts NYC's only year-round bocce tournament along with Union Hall."
- Stamford Bocce League
- Located in Stamford, CT. "The City of Stamford has eight lighted bocce courts at Scalzi Park located on Bridge Street. League play occurs throughout the summer months."
- North Hills Community Church Bocce League
- Located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a co-ed league.
- Senior Outdoor Bocce League
- Located in Irondequoit, NY. More information.

- Located in Skippack, PA.
- Union Hall Bocce League
