Police Auctions For Cheap Motorhomes

How to find a used RV at the lowest price ever
When you buy a used RV at an auction, especially a police or seized auction you can often get such a low price that in effect you have a lot more spending power and could even go for a far superior model without going over budget.
'Repo' auctions are repossessed auctions. Here you can bid on vehicle that have been repossessed normally due to foreclosure. The vehicle tend to be in good condition and not too old but there are exceptions and in reality you can find all sorts of vehicles on offer. The financial companies who have repossessed the vehicles are interested in selling them off as quickly as possible and as such they put really low opening bids on them and often without reserves too.
There is another type of auction know as the police auction which is very similar to the repossessed auction. These normally have vehicles that have been confiscated after a judge has deemed them to have been purchased with illegal earnings. They are often very new and in very good condition but as with all auctions there are also some older models available.
Police auctions and repossessed auctions are not specifically for motorhomes. they are general auctions for vehicles and in come cases for other goods as well. There will be however several motorhomes or campers available at most of the auctions. It not unusual to find ten or fifteen RVs at any particular auction. Also because most of the customers are there to bid on cars and trucks you will find that the bidding competition is often low and you will be able to get a great RV for a rock bottom price.
