I don't know anyone that doesn't have a need for a used cell phone. Why buy a new one and get locked into a contract every time? Used cell phones are unlocked and still have a lot of use left in them. If you have kids or a girlfriend or spouse, you may not want to pay top dollar every time. Every time we get a new phone in this family it seems like we play "hand me down" with all the other ones. The market for used mobile phones is about as great as it is for used cars - maybe more since are probably more cell phones in use then there are cars nowadays.

I'm going to show you how to find the best cell phone deals and bargains, how to get a phone with no contract unlocked, and what to look for to make sure you don't get ripped off or taken. You can get great cell phones by simply trading, or buying NIB (new in box), and in auctions on eBay.

Cell phone forums are great, because you can get all kinds of free tips, tricks, ringtones, backgrounds, wallpapers, and tech support from other cell phone owners all over the world. I've traded a cell phone I didn't like for one I really wanted through a cell phone forum, and I've gotten help uploading free ringtones and java games into my phone from forum posts. Probably the greatest thing I've ever learned in a cell forum was how to get a discount on my plan. I had no idea that I could get up to a 23% discount because my carrier offered that to anyone on their list of of "preferred companies" - all I had to was call and ask for it. Visit some of these cell phone forums and search for your model cell, I guarantee you'll learn something!
