Add Music to Your Life
Stress. For people constantly on the go, it's a fact of life. There is always something to do and never enough hours in the day. Some people work well under stress. They thrive on the "Life in the Pressure Cooker." For most of us, a little stress is a good thing, it can be a powerful motivator, but too much of a good thing is rarely good. When stress starts taking over your life, its time to do something about it.
Nobody's life is totally stress free, but there are ways of lowering your stress level while maintaining a busy lifestyle.
Listen to music.

Music
Many studies have been conducted on the benefits of listening to music. It is piped into operating rooms, used in pain management, and played during physical therapy sessions. It can alter our moods, our outlook, and often our productivity.
Add a little music to your routine. It can make all the difference in the world.

Nope. Its too distracting. Besides, a little stress never hurt anyone.
OhMe says:
I love music but I usually don't have it on while I am working. It is getting harder and harder for me to concentrate on more than one thing at a time. lol

Listen to the classics
My Muse prefers Celtic Music
I love to listen to music when working on the computer. I'm not sure my Muse would willingly work without it. It helps me focus and new ideas seem to drift in with the music.
I love to listen to Celtic music and
mountain music featuring the Dulcimer. Even my students have developed an appreciation for the soothing strands of music I play between classes and on my planning period.
I can't imagine a life without music.

- Excellent lens. I like a wide variety of music, but I find jazz is the best for reducing stress.

- I don't always work with music playing -- sometimes I turn on the TV and turn the volume down so that it is just a chatter of people in the background.
