How To Use Squidoo's Holiday Theme Page Designs For Your Lenses Effectively
The great thing about these theme pages is that you can change the look of your lens seasonally. A disadvantage is that the holiday themes tend to be Christian and American. Also, because there is only one theme for each holiday that has one, lenses can look tired and repetitive since so many lensmasters will be using a particular theme as the holiday it is designed for approaches.
I am not trying to discourage you from using holiday themes but to encourage you to choose and use them wisely.
To choose the theme you want to use, go to "Workshop Tools" in the lensmaster workshop and click on "Themes." Click the theme you would like to use and, if you are satisfied with the preview, click "Apply" to the lens you are working on. If you want to choose a different theme, just repeat the process. You can always come back and change a theme, even after you publish your lens.
Once you have applied your chosen theme, be sure to save a draft or, if the lens is complete, publish it.
This lens will show you each of the Holiday Themes and explore their design elements. Since the previews are rather small and only show the top part of a page, we've included some links to pages using the theme so you can see how a full lens works with it.

As you reach higher lensmaster levels on Squidoo, you will earn the ability to access more page themes.
Additional themes will be "unlocked" and available in your lens workshop as you advance to higher levels.

For St. Patrick's Day
The St. Paddy's Page Theme is available in your workshop once you reach level 15.

Easter Theme Page
A Variation of the Spring Theme Page
The Easter Page Theme is available in your workshop once you reach level 14.
The Easter Page is basically the Spring theme with a couple of Easter eggs replacing the "OO" in the Squidoo logo. The color codes are the same. Easter (& Spring) Theme Color Codes

- Very useful lens. Thanks. One correction - Moslem holidays revolve around the Gregorian calendar and come out in different months over the years because they follow the Moslem calendar that has only 355 days to the year.
