- ur disbatch need to work with each other and ur computors need to be fixed and also ur trucks need to be fixed the right way not 1/2 fast so drives can make money

- would still be driving at usxi if the screw the driver mentality did not exist from load planners and customer service reps when it comes to getting drivers home on time. the top co exes are aware of how drivers are treated but refuse to do anything to improve the terrible situation of their drivers being treated with no respect from within.

- US Xpress can screw up a load of pinestraw, and I know, I was the driver dispatched to pick it up. They advertise they support the driver, well let me inform you. THE SUPPORT
IS NOT THERE. Not if, but when you have a problem, and you send a message over there state of the art communication system ( 2 cups and a string will do better) they may respond back in a few hours. You are left sitting there saying to yourself hmmmm did they get the message? Another example of this support: Our truck was in the shop for routine service an a recall, the dealer didnot finish the work so we had to stay into a hotel. Well sitting on hold with breakdown for over 2 hours isn't what I would call support. You be the judge.

- Where do I start ,oh yea well mike I finished high school ,worked in law in forcement now I drive over the road ,why because I love it not because (i have to ,because im A high school drop out ) im one of many educated truck drivers on the road I hope youve recovered because youre feelings were hurt ,but if not thats ok maybe you can find A job playing with puppies an kittens so youre feelings dont get hurt ,the rest of us will take care of hauling the freight .

- I worked for US b4 & they were great then ... But I've quit and moved on now, I went thru 6 dispachers in less than a yr (all fired in hq) ... Miles came and went.
I've been trucking for over 20 yrs and they've ruined me financialy now ... With student loans I'm finishing my degree now and staying Off the road ... Thanks US for screwing with all parts of my life .. Soon I'll be better off
this won't happen again .....
