There are many choices of Florida vacation home. Many people now look to the internet to find a Florida vacation rental home. Take these simple steps to decide how to narrow down your choices.
1. Do you want to book with an agent or directly with the vacation home owner? Many people have realized that in general you will get a much better deal if you are booking directly with the owner. Another big advantage with booking direct is that you will know exactly which home you will be staying in. Many agents will allocate a home when you arrive - this may not be what you wanted.

5 stars because you are smarter than me lol... we have a rental home in Florida too and never thought to make a lens about it. Favorite time of year to use our house is in the summer because the weather is sooooo perfect. You can walk straight into the pool at any time of day. So far, people haven't realized that time of year is so great. Now from January to April, we never get to use the house so I don't know what that would be like but I will take summer quite happily :)
