Valentines Day is just around the corner and it is time to start thinking about Valentines day gifts. Many men have a difficult time coming up with some Valentines gift ideas. While giving gifts to your spouse shouldn't be a one day affair, Valentines day gifts leave many men stumped. It shouldn't be one day in the year. It only takes a little time and effort to show some one a little love. A little hug, a little kiss, some flowers, listening etc. I believe it should be shown with acts of appreciation rather than just saying "I love You". Constantly saying "I Love You" can be become repetitive, and it can be just like talking about nothing more than the weather. By doing little things with a touch of consideration and kindness means more than mouthing it. By giving a little hug or a little kiss or a little gift means more then parroting "I love you".

Why Not Repeat Your Marriage Vows?

This is a great way to celebrate your day of matrimony. On your anniversary, have a re-marriage. It is easy to become complacent with each other over the years of raising children, being busy, taking each other for granted, etc. You may want to rewrite your vows, or use the ones that you used in marriage ceremony. How big do you want this commitment ceremony to be? Well, it is well known that a religious ceremony is more dramatic and seems to have more meaning than a civil ceremony. You may just want to stand across from each other in your wedding attire and repeat your original wedding vows, or even new vows. I prefer new vows, because your marriage at this point has different meaning than the original one. I actually think that it has more depth, or at least hopefully it has more depth. If you can make an annual commitment to each other, I think that this would be great.
