Gifts of Gratitude
Jealousy, greed or just plain mean.
I know we don't mean to, it just happens.
So, it's not surprising that we're scrambling to find "The Way."
Ego. That little, but very loud voice in your head. It keeps us from achieving what we truly want. When you want more for others than you do for yourself...you've connected to the spirit within you.
So why is it so hard to do?
Take a moment to think of the wonder of you, all of the wonderful people and things in your life and just simply say "thank you" and really mean it, with sincere appreciation and gratitude.
And lastly, as we move forward, remember one thing, if it were that simple, we wouldn't all still be looking for it. "Thank You" for being here.

I'm desperately trying to wake up everyday as a peaceful, loving and grateful observer. Someone who can just be.It's an interesting place, I see a glimpse of it every now and then, sometimes my ego just won't let me go there without a fight.
From my sporadic experience in this place it appears that you don't have to have an opinion or question things. When judgment, jealousy, greed or disappointment creep in it's just a matter of letting go of the balloon.

Start them young.
We arrive on this planet filled with love, wonder and joy. It's the interaction that can spoil us.To leave a legacy, begin with the idea that gratitude is the one thing that will bring abundance into your life.
If you have children, take a moment to evaluate your interaction with them. Step into their shoes. Do they see you upset, angry or hostile towards others? Beyond the idea of please and thank you, what example are you setting?
It's the little things!
Make a Thank You list. A wonderful habit to start off your day, young or old...try it for a couple of days and see how it can change your way of thinking, first thing.

- Garbage in..........garbage out. Positive in..............positive out. We all need to surround ourselves with the positive and good things (and there are always things to be grateful for if we just look for them) then positive and good will flow out of us.

- Enjoyed your gratitude list. So many things you just can't buy, It is good to remember that sunny days and rainy days enrich our lives regardless of our worthiness or anything we might do. This is what makes so much of that "simple stuff" so great. We have so many blessings like this. It is so easy to forget, so we must make the effort to remember. Thank you for this lens,
