What's all the fuss about ValueCall from Utility Warehouse? Here is your clever guide...
Who are the Utility Warehouse?
And why are so many people choosing to join the Utility Warehouse Discount Club?
The ValueCall phone tariff was put together by a British Discount Club called The Utility Warehouse Discount Club. The tariff has proved hugely popular with the British public, and is not available on the High Street.
This article is your clever guide to understanding why so many people are choosing ValueCall...
So what is Valuecall?
Valuecall is almost a middle-ground between both a contact phone, and a pay as you go phone. And it takes the good points of both.
If you already have a handset, you pay £8 a month line rental, and calls are charged at 8p a min, and texts at 7p each.
So you know how much you're paying, because you get a low-rate with no chance of you "going over" a certain amount set by the company.
And if you don't understand £8 a month and 8p a minute, then get out of my house!
If you want a new handset, you pay £14 a month (for the first year or so, then it drops down to £8), and the cost per min and per text is the same as above.
This is rather refreshing because on traditional contracts with some other companies, when you "go over" your minutes (which you're never notified of) you have absolutely no idea how much you're paying! And it's usually about 35p - 45p per minute and 12p per text.
And the simplicity of Valuecall solves all of this :)
This is fun, isn't it?
