Scott has been doing taxes for over 24 years, serving the people as a CPA since 1994. Since then he has found his niche--criminal tax representation. Not that you have to be a criminal to be a client (lol) just the IRS thinks you are! People who go extended amounts of time without filing tax returns are eventually caught by the IRS, so if you are in that situation where you have put off doing your taxes, last year, the year before, or the 10 before that, you need to know that the IRS will eventually come after you. It is much better for you to "do the right thing" and take action to file your past returns BEFORE the IRS comes for you. If not, the click is ticking from the time the IRS identifies you, fees are higher, IRS agents are angrier, and they will be less likely to look upon your case favorably.
