OK, its figurative, but great goaltending is the weak link in all Canuck teams - and all of a sudden....
Wow! Just watched them win their fifth game in a row, over Dallas in overtime, despite being outshot 40-20.....they won! Great goaltending by Roberto Luongo - all of a sudden he really CAN win games all by himself, especially with a commitment to defence in front of him!
Who knew that Marcus Naslund could go 15 games without scoring, and the Canucks would win 5 in a row! Imagine what they'd be like with some offence!

Tom Gaglardi and Ryan Beedie versus Francesco Aquilini and John McCaw
They may be "Your Vancouver Canucks!" but two groups of multimillionaires are fighting tooth and nail to make them theirs.
Some of the hottest action the Vancouver Canucks have ever seen is taking place in a Vancouver Courtroom.
Gaglardi, Beedie and Aquilini were originally partners, offering to buy the Canucks and GM Place from McCaw.
In a stunning reversal, and, Gaglardi and Beedie allege, back deal using their research - Aquilini pulled out of the partnership and completed his own deal a week later.
Beedie and Gaglardi are asking the judge to reverse the deal, and allow them to complete their own deal.
Basically a catfight over the Canucks, with a judge flipping a coin to decide who gets to keep them.
Stay tuned! The gloves are off, now the clawing will begin!
Final arguments are in progress, with the judge expected to take a couple of months to sort it all out - decision by end of November, possibly.
UPDATE - Round One was won by Aquilini - but has been appealed.
