    Generally I drink soy, but I like to rotate. I figure this is the healthiest way to get the most nutrients. I have been a vegan for only a month. I have been a vegetarian for more than a year. It took me a while to make the shift.

    I don't drink milk. The last time it tried a glass (lots of decades ago), my stomach told me I had made a mistake. So goodbye milk.

    I don't use that much milk but I prefer raw organic milk from a local farmer I trust, cows treated kindly. But I used to love Rice Milk once upon a time!

    This is great stuf! My only concern is with sugar intake, as I try to keep the sugar content down. Other than that, the porridge looks great, as well as the cold banana soup!

    Juice from 3 lemons
    1/4 cup agave syrup
    Pinch sea salt
