Cruelty Free Shoes
As a vegetarian and an animal lover, I don't wear animal skins. My goal for this lens is to help others find high quality, attractive non leather shoes.
Faux leather shoes don't have to be frumpy. Designers are realizing the demand for cruelty-free footwear and designing accordingly.

Although chuck taylors may not be made out of leather they still go against many other principles such as human rights. So you may care about the animals but i assure you, you should be thinking of the people who are making these shoes for less than $1 a day.. Converse was bought out by Nike and i suggest you look up their practices of how they treat and pay their employees. Slave labour and child labour for that matter should not be tolerated for the sake of good looking shoes
