I have an ever increasing collection of cookbooks. Some I use over and over again. Others sit on the shelf looking pretty - like Passion Fruit a small hardcover book with beautiful photos of fruit still lifes (or is it lives?), and Tapas which has gorgeous illustrations of food bringing back memories of the tapas bars in San Sebastian.
I have other much larger books some of which bring out my love of travel - Arabesque, Saha, Falling Cloudberries - even the titles are beautiful. The Lonely Planet World Food books are great travel companions.
But enough of what's on my shelf. What do you need on yours? This lens is for you to rank or check out any interesting vegetarian cookbooks. You'll also find blog posts and tags on vegetarian cookbooks.
Amazon vegetarian cookbooks
Here's a variety of vegetarian cookbooks - they are fairly specific: Vegan, Salads, Ayurvedic (one of my favourite cooking styles), Raw, Festive, vegeburgers and international. If you have any of these books, feel free to rank them.
